Kingdom Data Protection and Privacy Policy

We keep KYC, transaction and communication records for 5 years and share suspicious activity only where the law requires it. Kingdom Casino explains exactly what we collect and why below.

What personal data we collect

When players register with Kingdom Casino UK, we collect a defined set of personal data to open and secure the account, and a further set of documents once verification is triggered. We never collect more than is needed to run the account, process payments and meet our anti-money-laundering obligations.

  • Mobile number, email address, username and password submitted at registration
  • Real legal name, required for account opening and matched against submitted ID
  • Government photo ID, front and back where needed, signed and valid for at least 3 more months
  • A selfie holding the same ID, used to confirm the document belongs to the account holder
  • A bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 3 months, in the same name as the ID
  • Transaction and communication records generated through normal account use

Full verification is triggered once lifetime deposits pass £2,000, when a withdrawal is requested, or where a transaction looks suspicious. Document reviews are usually completed within 48 hours, and any failed check is recorded in a support ticket with the reason sent to the player.

How we use and protect account data

We process personal data to run three risk categories of due diligence: SDD for simplified, low-risk accounts, CDD for standard accounts, and EDD for high-risk or large-transaction accounts. The level applied depends on deposit history and transaction behaviour rather than a fixed rule for every player.

Anti-money-laundering checks

Account and transaction data may be reviewed under the AML framework referenced in our terms, and suspicious activity can be reported to the relevant authority. Where an account is flagged, players have 30 days to explain the activity; failing to respond can lead to the account being closed and reported. Multi-accounting and linked accounts sharing the same device, address, wallet or card can also be closed on the same grounds, and VPN or proxy use is prohibited and may lead to balances being forfeited.

For sign-in and recovery, 2FA may be offered on the account and a password can be reset through the standard account login recovery flow. Keeping registration details accurate matters for both security and for any later verification request.

Data retention periods

We hold different categories of account data for set periods rather than indefinitely, and the retention period is the same regardless of account activity once a record has been created.

Data typeRetention period
KYC documents (ID, selfie, proof of address)5 years
Transaction records5 years
Communication records (support tickets, chat)5 years
Verification reviewUsually within 48 hours

In practice, this means documents submitted for a single withdrawal check stay on file for 5 years even after an account is closed, which is also why permanent account closure requests are processed through live chat rather than being deleted on request. For details on how payments and processing times tie into verification, see our deposit and withdrawal methods page.

Player rights and account control

Players can control their own exposure through several tools tied to their account data rather than their gameplay history alone. Deposit limits, bet limits, loss limits and session time limits can all be set for periods from 24 hours to 1 week, and once set, limits can be lowered but not raised during that period. A cool-down of 1 to 48 hours keeps login and withdrawals open while blocking new deposits and bets, and full transaction history remains visible to the account holder throughout.

Self-exclusion is handled by email only; requests made through live chat are not processed. Exclusion runs for a minimum of 1 day or indefinitely and cannot be shortened once confirmed, and there is also a Curaçao eGaming self-exclusion form for periods of 6 months or more. Where a complaint touches account data or a transaction dispute, back-office data is treated as final for casino games, and our liability is capped at the relevant bet value or £500, whichever is lower. Account closure itself is requested through live chat, and permanent closure lasts 30 days before reactivation can be requested; full details on reaching us sit on our support channels page.
