Licence and Legal Standing
Kingdom Casino's terms confirm only one line on licensing: The Company is licensed. No licence number and no named operating company appear anywhere in our published terms, so we do not quote either here. What we can confirm is the governing law framework that sits behind every account we open.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Our terms are governed by the law of Curaçao, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. This is the legal basis referenced throughout our account, AML and self-exclusion terms, including the Curaçao eGaming self-exclusion form, which allows a minimum six-month exclusion period.
Our anti-money-laundering framework follows Curaçao's own legislation (NOPML, NORUTO and NOIS), alongside EU Directive 2018/843 and FATF/CFATF standards, with suspicious activity reported to the Curaçao Financial Intelligence Unit. We also apply a restricted-country list that reflects jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, in addition to countries such as the USA, Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain. Account security and verification steps linked to this framework are explained further on our sign-in and account access page.
